A different kind of coaching —

for when something isn’t quite working, even though you’ve tried to figure it out.

I help people who feel stuck or overwhelmed make sense of what’s really going on—so they can stop chasing every possible answer and focus on what will actually move them forward.

I work with you to figure out what’s really going on beneath the surface—and what will actually help you move forward.

You might be here because…

You feel stuck - and you’ve tried to figure it out, but nothing fully explains it.

You’ve tried different approaches to grow or heal—but they don’t seem to fully land, or only help in a partial way.

Your mind is constantly active—you think about things a lot, but it doesn’t lead to real clarity.

You feel like your life looks fine on the outside, but doesn’t feel fully right on the inside.

You’re overwhelmed with options—advice, tools, paths—but don’t know what will actually make the biggest difference for you.

You want to make changes—but you’re not sure what’s most important to focus on right now.

You feel disconnected from yourself, or not fully like who you are.

You want deeper connection in your relationships, but something gets in the way.

You’ve done a lot of inner work—but still feel stuck in certain patterns.

You know you want something more—but you can’t quite tell what direction actually feels right for you.

What’s actually going on

Most approaches aren’t wrong—they’re just incomplete.

The challenge is knowing which lens matters most for what you’re actually going through.

Most of the time, it’s not that something is “wrong” with you.

It’s that you’re trying to understand yourself through one lens—when what you’re experiencing is more complex than that.

You might be approaching things mentally, when what’s needed is something emotional.

Or focusing on your thoughts, when your body is still holding onto something unresolved.

Or trying to push forward, when something in you actually needs to be understood first.

That’s why it can feel confusing—especially if you’ve already tried different approaches.

It’s not that you haven’t been trying—it’s that you may not have had a clear way to see what’s actually happening.

Because each one can help in its own way—but none of them fully connect the dots.

What’s often missing isn’t more effort—it’s clarity.

Clarity around what’s actually happening beneath the surface.

And what would truly help you move forward.

How I help you

My strength is helping you sort through the many possible explanations, tools, and paths—and identify what’s most relevant for you now.

Everyone’s situation is different—and what helps you move forward depends on what’s actually going on for you.

In our sessions, I work with you to understand how your patterns actually show up—how you think, how you respond, and where things tend to get stuck.

From there, we figure out what will actually help—not in theory, but based on what’s really going on for you.

A lot of people I work with have already tried different approaches—but still feel like something isn’t quite clicking. That’s usually where this work begins.

I’ll ask questions, reflect things back to you, and help you see yourself more clearly—so you can make decisions and take action from a more grounded place.

The goal isn’t just insight—it’s helping you actually move through what’s been keeping you stuck.

It’s to help you understand yourself well enough that you know what’s right for you.

We might draw from different perspectives or tools along the way—but always in a way that’s grounded in what you actually need.

Sometimes the thing that will help most isn’t the thing you’ve been focused on.

I really appreciate (and admire) the energy that Neil was able to dedicate to our sessions. He was 100% engaged and had thoughtful, genuine, organic insight at all turns.

I initially came to Neil with career-related challenges, and Neil was able to excavate more than I knew was there to excavate. He started me on some new paths down which the journeys were long overdue.

I’d recommend Neil to anyone who feels like something in their life needs to change and would like perspective and motivation to make those changes.

About me

A lot of this work comes from my own experience.

For a long time, I was trying to figure myself out—working through health challenges, emotional struggles, and a sense that something wasn’t quite right, even when things looked fine on the surface.

I explored different approaches—therapy, somatic work, meditation, and more—trying to understand what was actually going on and what would truly help.

Over time, I started to see how these different pieces connect—and how much clarity comes from understanding yourself more deeply, rather than trying to fix yourself.

If this resonates, I’d love to connect.
