A different kind of coaching

For when something isn’t quite working — usually because what needs attention isn’t what you’ve been working on.

Private one-to-one coaching on Zoom. Plus a 90-minute session to find what you can’t see from the inside.

“Neil was able to excavate more than I knew was there to excavate.”

Sean R.  ·  Senior Vice President, Accounting Industry, San Francisco

Not sure where to start? The Blind Spot Diagnostic is 90 minutes on Zoom.

  • You’ve tried a lot already — therapy, bodywork, books, other coaches — and it helped in parts, but never fully landed.

  • Nothing is obviously wrong. On paper it all works, which is exactly what makes it so difficult to put into words.

  • You understand yourself well and still aren’t seeing the change you expected from understanding it.

  • You’re overwhelmed with options and can’t tell which one would actually make the biggest difference.

You might be here because

Most approaches aren’t wrong. They’re incomplete.

The hard part is knowing which one your situation actually needs right now.

You might be approaching something mentally when what’s needed is emotional. Or working on your thoughts when your body is still holding onto something unresolved.

So I work across four lenses at once, and watch for the connections between them.

THE FOUR LENSES

  • HEALTH & BODY

  • CAREER & LIFE STRUCTURE

  • PRESENCE & CONNECTION

  • FEELING & HEALING

Two ways in

BLIND SPOT DIAGNOSTIC

Ninety minutes on Zoom. I watch how you show up and reflect back what you can’t see from the inside. You leave with one or two specific things to work with.

Free until October 31, then $200.

COACHING

One-hour sessions on Zoom, every two weeks, in three- or six-month packages. Actions agreed at the end of each session.

Packages start at $1,200.

Who you’d be working with

Nineteen years in tech, then eight years working on myself through just about every approach I could find.

I spent most of those eight years looking in the wrong places. That turned out to be the useful part.
