From my own experience as a client, six months is where this really lands.
That said, six sessions is a real starting point, not a trial — three months, substantial ground covered, and by the end you’ll know whether you want to keep going.
“I am forever grateful for the time I spent with Neil because it had a lasting impact on my life.
He helped me through one of the hardest times of my life, and assisted me through making tough life decisions — closing my business, moving to a new city, and working through relationship issues with my family.”

Why packages, and not by the hour
I made the biggest progress when I worked with a coach for at least six months.
This is an honest reason — it comes from years of working with other coaches rather than from anything I read.
From my experience, we start getting takeaways from the very first session, and I aim for that with my clients too. But it’s at about the three-month mark that those changes start to truly integrate — to become part of how you are, rather than something you understood once. And at six months, we’ve usually arrived at some kind of transformation.
I’ve worked with coaches for longer than six months. I don’t think everyone needs to work with me for longer than that if they don’t need to. You’ll be able to make your own assessment of that when you’re about six months in.
Why once every two weeks
Working with a variety of coaches, I found it more effective to meet once every two weeks.
It gave me more time to integrate what I’d learned, to take action on it, and to surface new questions for the next session. It also suits people with busy schedules.
The exception was when I was able to work on the insight from a session daily. If you feel very committed to putting energy toward this right now, I’d recommend we meet once a week.
What happens between sessions
At the end of each session, we’ll agree on a set of actions, or things you’d like to work on before the next one.
Again, this comes from my own experience of being coached. I found that I preferred the accountability of having to actually do something with what surfaced. Taking action is what integrates the insight. It builds habits that hold, and it gets you feedback from the world, which tends to move things further than another conversation would.
The Blind Spot Diagnostic. Ninety minutes on Zoom, and a much smaller commitment than a package.

ONE SESSION
$200
Credited in full toward a coaching package if you enroll afterward.
TWO SESSIONS
$350
$200 credited toward a package. The second session is where you practice showing up differently.
In the first session you move, and I give you feedback as we watch the replay together.
In the second, you repeat the movements — a chance to embody a different way of moving through the world. I give you feedback again, which shows you where you might have over-pivoted or compensated, and often new patterns surface that didn’t the first time. That’s why I recommend the two.
Who this isn’t for
My private coaching work is not for people who aren’t ready for change. If you’re looking to learn some new insights, but not to actually put in the work to transform your life, this isn’t for you. That said, you might want to start with the Blind Spot Diagnostic to get some insights.
This work is also not for people seeking medical advice for diagnosed illnesses, or people with critical medical conditions, or who are in a fragile state with their health.
And if you feel suicidal, I’d recommend you reach out to a mental health specialist.
