Presence Diagnostic:
How You Show Up With People
A 90-minute feedback session on Zoom, for more real connection at work, with friends, and with family.
This isn't about learning to impress people at work. It's about dropping the masks, showing up as yourself, and letting real connection happen with whoever's in front of you, at work, with friends, with family.
Most of us carry patterns in how we show up that we can't see from the inside: the way we enter a room, the tension we hold, the way we respond to others, a part of ourselves we keep back, not speaking up when we want to share, where our eyes look. Other people feel them anyway. This session makes them visible.
Presence is one of several lenses I work through, as part of transformation work towards self-actualization. It’s a key window to see patterns still running us. Sometimes it's the one that matters most; sometimes it just shows where to look next.
Overview
How I learned this & the impact in my life
I trained with Andrew Daniel in a lineage of embodied presence work that goes back several decades, and has been used by executives, entrepreneurs, actors, musicians, and people from all walks of life seeking self-actualization — people looking for that feeling they can’t name, that goes beyond success.
Through group coaching and hours a day of reviewing video footage, I learned to read how someone is showing up in their body, their voice, and the space around them, including the patterns they aren't aware of. Including my own.
For years I showed up to work meetings, to friends and family, with a feeling of searching, a feeling of low-level anxiety, suppressing feelings, speaking too informationally and not at a relational level. I’d wear various masks, from a happy mask, to a serious mask. I had fear of fully showing up authentically as myself, and so I’d either suppress myself from full expression, or put on pretenses. Either way, I felt off center.
Through this work, I found true peace in the way I showed up with people. To be myself. To also show up for others. To not have to make every interaction about me. To be able to open my heart fully and feel rooted in the present with true connection.

What happens in the session
In the session, I’ll ask you to speak and to move. As you do, I'll reflect back what I notice across various dimensions, without judgment. What you do with it is your choice: what you want to work on, and what you'd rather leave as is.
You'll leave with a clearer picture of how you land with people, and one or two specific things you can start working with right away. If you want to go further, we'll talk about what that could look like.
It works whether you're new to this kind of work or have tried a lot already.
What we look at
Here are some examples of areas where I’ll be providing you feedback:
Vulnerability & intimacy: Are you letting people in, or keeping them at a distance?
Head vs. body: Are you in your body, or living in your head?
Feeling: Are you letting yourself feel, or suppressing your feelings?
Masks: Which versions of yourself do you put on, and when?
Leading vs. receiving: Are you able to both lead and receive? Or do you lean hard one way or another?
Assertive vs. passive: Do you take up your space, or give it away?
Posture: Where are you holding tension, and what does your posture communicate?
Creativity: Is there play and spontaneity in how you show up, or is it all held in place?
Your effect on the room: Do people feel room to speak around you, or do you take up all the air? Or does your presence go unnoticed?
How you talk: How much do you speak, and are you passing information or making connection?
